The build number is 12H4098c, and it can be downloaded over-the-air by folks running beta 2, or via Apple’s developer portal. The release occurred after four beta rounds and a release candidate was issued for each. Apple seeded iOS 8.4 beta 3 to developers this morning. The fresh first-round builds follow after Apple’s release to the public of iOS 15.1, iPadOS 15.1, tvOS 15.1, and watchOS 8.1 on October 25.
